![]() ![]() Anyone who has ever shopped for cashew butter knows how expensive it is! Thankfully, Thrive Market makes a pure, clean cashew butter that doesn’t break the bank. One of the things that sort of turned me off to this particular recipe at first is that it uses 1 cup of raw cashew butter. The chocolate was almost too chocolatey! It was to die for! As an added bonus (like all of Danielle’s recipes), it has NO REFINED SUGAR! Though my family isn’t specifically avoiding refined sugar, I always feel better when I can use a natural sugar like pure maple syrup or raw honey. ![]() When I saw this recipe for dairy free fudge, I was a bit skeptical (sidenote: anyone notice how many times I’ve been skeptical to try a dairy free recipe?) Once again, I was blown away by the results! The fudge was super rich and decadent.
